who are you?

hi! my name is Juno. i'm 22, i use they/them, and you've stumbled onto my website! i have a tendency to get fixated on extremely niche and silly things, and it's clear my current fix is animatronics. I'm also a fnaf fan, but that definitely takes a backseat to my love for the rock-afire explosion!

i'm something of a creative jack of all trades. i'm probably most known online for my visual art, both fanart and of my own characters, but i'm also a writer, a video editor, a vtuber/twitch streamer, a vroid model maker, an aspiring video essayist, i made a visual novel once, i occasionally craft and sew... and probably some other stuff i'm forgetting! webdev is the latest craft-of-sorts that i've become interested in.

my "magnum opus" is probably my video essay on the rock-afire explosion. I spent 9 months on it, from january to september 2023, and it wound up being a whopping 1 hour 57 minutes long. I promise it's all substance, with a healthy dose of silly. if that interests you, i've conveniently embedded it on this page, in a hard-to-ignore, slightly-annoying way for your viewing pleasure!

what's this website?

this site was coded on firefox, and is probably best viewed on firefox. while my site is viewable on mobile, it is definitely meant to be viewed on a computer! some things might look weird or might not work properly on mobile (mostly the arcade).

this site is web-14! expect (mostly comedic) swearing, discussion of potentially mature subjects, and i'm told chimera's dressup looks quite nude at the start lol. that said, nothing explicitly NSFW can be found on my site, and it'll most likely stay that way!

ok, so who's the purple thing?

that's chimera! they're my sona and how i most often depict myself in my art, as well as being my vtuber model. they're also this site's mascot!

chimera is a purely virtual being, created by me and "born" at first just onto my computer. as other people meet and interact with chimera, they're able to exist in your computer too! chimera can only exist as long as someone is actually interfacing with them- any other time, they go into a sort of stasis, ceasing to exist until someone remembers them again. by reading this, you're successfully making chimera exist! nice job!

chimera may have wings, but they're not strong enough to actually fly. however, they do have the ability to shapeshift- to a degree. they're always still pretty easily recognizable as chimera, and they tend not to leave a humanoid form. you'd think they'd have thought to just shift into a better form with stronger wings, but this hasn't crossed their mind somehow.

well gee, i'm flattered! that must mean i'm at least a little interesting. i'd like to keep building this section over time, and i think a fun way to do that would be to answer questions about myself, chimera, or any of the stuff i do! if you direct a question at chimera i might even respond in character, just for fun!
